Allison West Americorps VISTA, Resources and Materials (202) 729-3222 As the new Resources and Materials VISTA, Allison provides technical assistance to Volunteer Centers and the Foundation. She is currently working on the faith-based Volunteer Management Training Series and she is helping to promote inter-faith volunteering. Allison recently graduated in December 2006 from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in business studies. She previously worked as an intern at the Knox County District Attorney’s Office and as a student advisor for Kaplan Test Preparation. Originally from Goodlettsville, Tenn., Allison currently lives in Washington, D.C. When not working, she enjoys a good story, whether it is portrayed on film or paper, and being outside and playing sports.
