Annette Hart reminds us that we have something to give no matter our age or background.  At over 70 years in age,  Annette has boundless energy and a deep commitment for helping others.  She has been avidly involved in the Lions Club for over 16 years.

In that time she has taken on the leadership role of District Governor and also as a guiding lion.  She was instrumental in identifying the need in her neighborhood for a community based club and created a new Lions Club to meet that need.  As a result, over 20 active members have accomplished numerous community activities and services that would not have been inspired without her support and guidance.

Annette’s nominator for the Daily Point of Light Award had this to say:

“The Lions Club logo is ‘We Serve.’ Annette Hart is perhaps one of the most spectacular living examples of our motto.  I am in awe of her undeniable committment to SERVE. We owe her a great deal of gratitude.”
