All startup VC’s must be requested by Membership Services to select a service area delimited by zipcodes.
To request and verify the availability of your desired service area’s zipcodes, follow the following steps.
From the Zip Codes Change Request page:
Click the gray bar that says “Launch zip code change request tool”.
Log-in with your POLF username and password.
Click on the Request Additions hyperlink.
Enter all desired zip codes into the field labeled “Zip Code”.
Click the “Add>>” button for each zip code.
Click on the “Continue” button when you are finished adding zip codes.
Review the requested zip code(s).
Click “Submit Request” and you will see a verification of your changes appear on the screen.
“Edit” if you need to make changes.
After submitting the request your VC’s primary contact will receive an email confirmation listing the requested zips.
Zip Codes Administration will then receive the Zip Requests and will process within 2 business days; in the case of conflicts and/or sharing issues additional follow up will be made within 2 business days of initial contact.
After approvals are made by the Zip Codes Administrator the VC’s primary contact will be given confirmation of their zip code additions.
