This White Paper describes a re-integration trinity of education, employment and health care which serve to improve the quality of life for service members and their families.  The second White Paper is titled "Channeling the Sea of Goodwill to Sustain the Groundswell of Support".  The concepts discussed in this paper by Colonel Sutherland and his co-authors Major Ed Kennedy and Captain Chris Manglicmot are focused on ideas and tasks that may have a meaningful impact on building public awareness, encouraging community involvement, and promoting community services for veterans, their families, and the families of our fallen.  Also attached is the Appendix. This is an informative list of Innovative Examples from our network of thousands of groups & organizations from our visits to over 300 communities, over 900 meetings, and visits with tens of thousands of supporters, veterans, returning Service members, military families, and families of our fallen in the past 18 months. These examples along with a multitude of other initiatives are being used in communities to improve quality of life.
