Project Manager, Youth Leadership and Clubs - generationOn
(This is a temporary position with full time hours ending approixmately on March 30th.)

Location: New York, NY

Summary: This position will focus on supporting the launch of the generationOn Club model for middle and high school age youth and will work closely with the youth leadership team.

Position Responsibilities
The Youth Leadership and Clubs Project Manager’s responsibilities include:

1) Support generationOn Clubs
• Drive development and implementation of new generationOn Club model for middle and high school
• Develop program materials and web content
• Develop and implement program evaluation tools in partnership with generationOn evaluation team
• Create and maintain club tracking systems, content management systems and databases
• Coordinate ongoing communications and partner outreach for generationOn Clubs

2) Support generationOn youth recognition programs with event logistics.

3) Support development of generationOn Youth Leadership Institute materials
• Conduct data collection and outreach to inform goLEAD program plan
• Compile and edit existing goLEAD resources

Qualifications and Core Skills
• A bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of relevant experience with demonstrated success in youth development, education, or nonprofit management preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity to co-create and articulate programs and impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to infuse creativity, innovation and insight into program and proposal development.
• Skilled prioritization and multi-tasking, working efficiently and evaluating a wide variety of considerations as part of planning and visioning process.
• High attention to detail.
•Excellent computer skills including familiarity with social networking.

Compensation: Hourly, competitive, and commensurate with experience. No benefits.
