TERMS & NOMINATIONS:
The term of office shall be two consecutive years.
Council members may serve up to two consecutive terms.
Sixteen (recommended minimum) to twenty (recommended maximum) Members, who serve or are employed by Partner organizations of the Points of Light Foundation, and whose appointment to the Council shall be recommended by the Membership and Nominations Committee.
