Kristina Tecce is the Chief Financial Officer of Points of Light.
Tecce has more than 16 years of financial experience working with non-profit organizations, state and local governments and the Federal government. She has a varied background of finance and accounting that include regulatory information, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial analysis.
Tecce has defined, developed and implemented many new finance systems for non-profit organizations. She worked with the Corporation for National and Community Service Office of the Inspector General to help organizations identify and eliminate questioned costs. She has also led six unqualified A-133 audits without findings.
Additionally, Tecce has conducted hundreds of workshops and seminars on the complex fundamentals of responsible and efficient fiscal management.
