Richard DuBose comes to Points of Light after serving for 12 years as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia. He directed advancement programs at the seminary including leading the recent $60 million campaign. Richard led the advancement team and worked directly with donors, senior management, trustees and alumni to develop and execute strategic fundraising plans. With twenty-three years of successful fundraising experience, Richard has been both a consultant to and a practitioner for nonprofit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity in Atlanta and the Metropolitan Atlanta Salvation Army.
