PLANNING, EVALUATION and PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

The Planning, Evaluation and Performance Measurement Department (PEPM) works to evaluate, validate and uniformly measure the impact of volunteering. As a knowledge leader in the volunteer research sector, the Points of Light Institute works with corporations, private foundations, government agencies and community-based and national nonprofits including HandsOn Network Affiliates, to conduct evaluations and measure the performance and impact of volunteer programming around the country and abroad.
