President Obama Urges Youth to Make Their Mark
Yesterday, President Barack Obama delivered his third annual back-to-school speech at Benjamin Banneker Academic High School in Washington, D.C.
The president’s back-to-school speech was an opportunity for him to speak to students directly. His message to the students was that they don’t have to wait until they’re older to make a mark on their communities.

David majored in political economy at Williams College and developed the concept of Youth Volunteer Corps as part of his senior thesis.
