Jeff Haidet is Chairman of the international law firm of McKenna Long & Aldridge, where he is also a partner. The firm’s 450 professionals are spread throughout offices in Atlanta, Brussels, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, and San Francisco. MLA’s diverse range of legal expertise and strategic counsel fall into the broad areas of commercial transactions, litigation, government relations strategies, and government/regulatory investigations and compliance.

As Chairman of McKenna Long & Aldridge, Jeff leads the effort to develop and execute the firm’s strategy regarding client service and new business development, with special focus on developing innovative solutions for its clients. MLA’s strategy also encompasses an extensive training program for its professionals and an active firmwide community service program.

In addition to Jeff’s role as Chairman, he also maintains an active corporate practice and is involved in pro bono legal service and other community service work on behalf of the firm. Jeff’s corporate practice focuses on providing legal counsel in the areas of financial transactions, joint ventures, outsourcing and government relations strategies. His community involvement includes serving as Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board Member, member of the Board of Directors of the Commerce Club, member of the University of Toledo College of Law Board of Trustees, member of the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, member of the Catholic Foundation of North Georgia Board, and youth basketball and soccer coach.

Jeff graduated with a B.A. degree in Political Science from Miami University and earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is a native of Oxford, Ohio, and presently lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
