The Civic 50®

Benchmark your impact. Lead by example. Strengthen your strategy. Earn recognition for what your company makes possible. The Civic 50 is Points of Light’s benchmarking and recognition program for large companies committed to community engagement, employee volunteering, and social impact. Each year, The Civic 50 recognizes 50 of the most community-minded companies in the United States while giving participating companies a clearer picture of where they are strong, where they can grow, and how their work compares with peers.

What Sets the Civic 50 Apart

The Civic 50 is designed to do more than publish an honoree list. It gives companies a structured way to evaluate their work, understand the practices shaping strong social impact programs, and identify where to focus next. For some companies, The Civic 50 is a recognition opportunity. For others, it is a management tool. In practice, it is both.
