Maryland teen Casey Curry has been volunteering with Chesapeake Cats & Dogs (CCAD), a no-kill animal rescue in Queenstown, since 2014. CCAD is dedicated to rehabilitating and providing a second chance to cats and dogs that have been abandoned or abused. For the past two years, Casey has hosted the Fur-A-Cause Online Photo Contest, with all proceeds going toward the rescue. Additionally, she manages a “give back” night with a local restaurant, Mother’s Grille, to benefit CCAD.
