Meet Daily Point of Light Award honoree Isabelle Enriques. Read her story, and nominate an outstanding volunteer or family as a Daily Point of Light.
When Isabelle Enriques founded She’s in Office in January 2025, she set out to do two things at once: end gender-based violence and put more women in political leadership. In under a year, the organization has grown into a global movement, partnering with more than 30 political campaigns, building a presence across 47 countries, growing a membership of over 2,000 women and girls, and reaching more than 5 million people through events and social media.

As CEO, Isabelle devotes roughly 100 hours a month to strategy, partnerships, and initiatives that give women and allies the tools to lead. She also champions menstrual equity, organizing large-scale drives that have raised more than 6,100 menstrual products for charities worldwide, and has collaborated with the United Nations on the organization’s projects.
Her work pairs empathy with systemic change, and it’s rooted in lived experience. As a childhood survivor of sexual assault, she has turned personal resolve into advocacy. For Isabelle, the community itself is the reward. She’s learned from women whose stories span countries and identities, and those friendships are her reason to keep going.
