Company Examples

POL provided consulting services to support HP in the development of measurement strategies, procedures and practices that produced employee volunteer impact indicators that map to, and support, their corporate strategy; provided the employee volunteer program team data to manage the program effectively, operate efficiently and generate high impact for the business and the community; and helped HP develop a world-class, high-impact strategic employee volunteer program.
 
As part of GE’s annual volunteer training and recognition event for GE’s top Volunteer Council leaders with CEO Jeff Immelt, POL created an acclaimed 2-day experiential volunteer leader training program.
 
POL developed a comprehensive employee volunteer toolkit and webinar series to support UBS’ Community Engagement Month. The toolkit and trainings were designed to equip employees with the tools and resources they need to manage Community Engagement Month projects in their local communities.
 
POL partnered with JetBlue to develop a codified framework for its employee volunteer program, including engaging Steering Committee Members and completing a formal EVP recognition plan, policy manual and program plan.
