Ready Corps Team Leaders will serve 10-month terms beginning in April 2016. Ready Corps Team Leaders will provide direct service and train volunteer leaders to recruit and educate teams of volunteers.

VISTAs will engage volunteers to support training provision, mentorship and long‐term program sustainability.
