If you are an individual looking to make a difference in your community, we are here to make it simple and easy for you to take action!

• Do It Yourself (DIY) – Check out our list of easy to implement DIY Tools to help your community today!
• Talk — Tell people about us. Use social media and appropriate forums to get the word out!

ARE YOU A COMMUNITY LEADER?

If you are a leader in your community looking to make a difference, there are 2 ways you can implement the Community Blueprint in your community.

• If you are the leader of an organization looking to make a larger impact, consider becoming a Community Blueprint Community (CBC):
  1. Convene with two or more organizations in your community to set the base for collaboration and partnerships, as well as expand access to resources and networks.
  2. Assess the needs in your community. Identify programs already in place, gaps that need to be filled, and improvements that need to be made.
  3. Select at least one of the 8 IMPACT AREAS identified in the Blueprint’s “Toolbox” that you and your partners will focus on.
  4. Select at least two COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS within a single IMPACT AREA that you and your team will implement.
  5. Fill out the “Needs Assessment”, “New Member Survey” and “Agreement” forms to officially sign up as a Community Blueprint Community today!
• Become a Pick1 Site (The SIMPLEST way for community leaders to get involved!)
  1. Get together with two or more leaders in your community.
  2. Assess the needs in your community. Identify programs already in place, gaps that need to be filled, and improvements that need to be made.
  3. Pick1 of the 8 IMPACT AREAS identified in the Blueprint’s “Toolbox” that you and your partners will focus on.
  4. Pick1 COMMUNITY SOLUTION within the IMPACT AREA that you and your team will implement.
  5. Tell us about it! Fill out the Pick1 Site Form to become an official Pick1 Site today!
