When Alanna Wall was just 10-years-old she started Polished Girlz, a nonprofit devoted to the health and wellbeing of children with special needs or frequent hospitalizations by teaching them the importance of hand washing. Wall also created a culture of service in her community that has encouraged inclusion, support and value by peers for children that have special diagnosis.

Wall’s clients include The Children’s Medical Center, Down Syndrome Association, Muscular Dystrophy Association and is scheduled to serve two of the three largest Ronald McDonald Charity Houses in the country. Wall encourages children who believe they are to young to make a differance to get out in the comnmunity and serve the less fortunate changing the lives of their neighbors and ultimately their own for the better.
