Sheila knew personally how difficult and taxing being a sole caregiver could be so she came up with Share The Care concept to help others be involved in caregiving. The Share the Care Model seeks to improve the "quality of life" of persons who are seriously ill, disabled, or experiencing the challenges of aging, and to reduce stress, depression, isolation and economic hardship often suffered by their family caregivers.
