Meet Daily Point of Light Award Honoree Alvin Irby

On the 2016 MLK Day of Service, Points of Light honored Alvin Irby of New York with a Daily Point of Light Award. He created Barbershop Books, a community-based literacy program that creates child-friendly reading spaces in barbershops for boys.
