Jennifer Williamson

Jennifer joined the staff of Volunteer Fairfax as CEO in 2023. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the profession of nonprofit management and a lifetime of experience as a volunteer.

Jennifer is a true lifelong learner with many professional credentials including her CVA (Certified Volunteer Administrator), CRFE (Certified Fund Raising Executive), CDP (Certified Diversity Professional), IOM (Institute of Organizational Development), CAE (Certified Association Executive), SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resource Managers Certified Professional), and CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) credentials. Jennifer holds a master’s in business administration and a master’s in nonprofit and association management from the University of Maryland Global Campus as well as a bachelor’s in human communication from James Madison University.

Jennifer resides in her hometown of Fairfax, Virginia with her three dogs.
