Almudena Pérez Molina

Director of Sustainability and Corporate Social Impact Fundación Hazloposible

Almudena is currently Director of Sustainability and Corporate Social Impact at Fundación Hazloposible, an organization that has connected over 2 million people with volunteering opportunities and supported 16k nonprofits and hundreds of companies in advancing their social impact strategies. She holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Digital Marketing and ESG, with more than 25 years of experience in Communication, Marketing, Institutional Relations, Innovation, and Sustainability. She developed much of her career at The Walt Disney Company, where she led Marketing for Disney Channel and later directed the Corporate Social Responsibility department for Southern Europe and Africa. In 2019, she launched her own circular economy venture, further strengthening her expertise in linking innovation with environmental and social impact. Since 2021, she has dedicated her career to the nonprofit sector, convinced that business leadership can be a powerful driver of a fairer and more sustainable world. Within Fundación Hazloposible, she has also served as Director of Corporate Social Impact and Director of Marketing and Communications before assuming her current leadership role. Her story is one of connecting purpose with action: today, at Fundación Hazloposible, she channels her experience in marketing, innovation, and sustainability into social and technological initiatives that empower companies and people to create real social impact.
