Affiliate Assembly Liaison, Marketing & Communications Subcommittee Chief Operating Officer, Jersey Cares (U.S.)Michelle Dee is the Chief Operating Officer at Jersey Cares, having joined the organization in 2015. Previously she served as the Strategic Communications Officer for the Navy Region Southwest, Air Show Director and a Senior Public Affairs Officer. She has extensive event planning and public affairs experience. Before her positions at the United States Navy, Ms. Dee was a technology and grants coordinator in the Washoe County School District and served 4 years in the United States Army as an Electronic Warfare Signals Intelligence Voice Intercept Operator and a Farsi Linguist. Michelle received Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Arizona State University.
